Plastic Recycling

Plastic Recycling

Our end-to-end plastic recycling services are designed to reduce environmental impact, improve operational efficiency, and support a truly circular economy. We process a wide range of commercial plastics into high-quality recycled materials suitable for reuse in manufacturing.

How it Works

01. Collection and Sorting

We meticulously collect and sort plastic waste from various sources across the UK, including businesses, organisations, and local authorities.

02. Cleaning and Processing

The collected plastic undergoes a thorough cleaning and processing stage, removing any contaminants such as labels, adhesives, and other impurities.

03. Shredding and Granulation

The cleaned plastic is then shredded into smaller pieces and granulated into a consistent size. This prepares the material for the pelletising stage, where it is transformed into recycled pellets.

04. Pelletising

The granulated plastic is fed into our state-of-the-art pelletising machines, where it is melted and extruded into uniform pellets. These recycled pellets are the building blocks for a wide range of new plastic products.

05. Quality Control

Throughout the entire recycling process, we implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that our recycled plastic products meet the highest industry standards. We conduct various tests to assess the properties of the recycled plastic, such as melt flow, impact resistance, and tensile strength.

Our Recycled Polymer Grades

Recycle For Future supplies high-performance recycled polymers engineered for demanding industrial applications. Our materials deliver commercial efficiency, technical reliability, and measurable carbon reduction — without compromising processing performance.

PP (Recycled Polypropylene)

Polypropylene (PP) is a durable, high-performance thermoplastic widely used across multiple industries due to its strength, versatility, and processing efficiency.

Our recycled PP pellets provide a cost-effective alternative to virgin polymers while maintaining comparable mechanical and processing properties. Designed for manufacturers requiring consistency and reliability, our grades support both general-purpose and specialist applications.

Through advanced polyolefin purification technology, we clean and separate polypropylene waste streams sourced from automotive and electronic feedstock. The material is then precision-compounded into high-quality recycled pellets tailored to your performance requirements.

We also develop custom PP grades, engineered to meet specific melt flow, mechanical, and application-based specifications.

Carbon Performance

Independent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), benchmarked against PlasticsEurope ECO-Profiles for virgin polymers, confirms that our recycled PP grades deliver up to 80% lower carbon footprint compared to virgin polypropylene.
